As a designer of multiuser experiences I applaud the playful nature of this work. Greek Gods act as a fun narrative metaphor describing interactive potential. Moreover, there is something deceptively clever about the integration of player avatar and game ball.

Granted, videogames like Sonic the Hedgehog have taken a related approach with the player as a ball. But the mechanics here more closely match an existing game and the fiction of Greek Gods / keeping of the human form (by Gods) makes this a bit more interesting.
